On Mother's Day, which fell on a Sunday, our family drove next door to Anhua County - a small city known for its tea country charm - to relax and spend time with my mum on her own holiday.

Lunchtime delicacy - "Wutan Fish" in Dongping Township
At noon, we tasted the legendary "Wutan Fish" in the county town of Dongping. It is not the name of a kind of fish, but a unique processing method: the general practice is to select Wutan local clean waters of three to five pounds of mackerel, grass carp, male fish, or Wazi, silver carp, etc., with water repeatedly rinsed, scrape off the fish scales, open the belly and remove the internal organs. Whole or chopped into fish pieces, hot iron pot over high heat, put ginger, appropriate amount of salt (to avoid staining the pot), rapeseed oil frying until both sides of the charred yellow, add boiling water, put garlic, chilli, perilla and other condiments stew. Tea Village Flower Sea - A Surprise
Next, I didn't expect much from the "Sea of Flowers in Tea Village" - just because a friend of my mum's had been there earlier and enquired if we hadn't been there yet, so I "perfunctorily" said that I would go there in a few days. I'm not expecting much - just because a friend of my mum's had been there earlier and had heard we hadn't been there yet. It was a good day for us to avoid awkward conversations with people. As it turns out, a lot has been invested in this place: not only is the park lush with greenery, but it also has a sea of flowers with different themes according to the changing seasons, and even though many of the flowers are not yet in full bloom for the current season, the few scattered clusters of flowers are enough to take photos of.

Reflections on a trip to the park
The entire scenic area is well constructed and well supported, with spacious paths, clear guidelines, resting corridors and tea-themed bistros everywhere. The only shortcoming is the high pricing of the amusement programme, if you can introduce more "in-depth package tickets" or family discounts, may be more attractive to the parent-child clientele. In addition, the ornamental effect of the sea of flowers and seasonal correlation is very large, it is recommended that the garden to strengthen the "four seasons with flowers, enhance the perennial attractions.
